Florida condo insurance
Florida condo insurance for owners, landlords and associations.
Florida condo insurance has two layers: the association's master policy covers the building, and your unit-owner (HO-6) policy covers what the master policy doesn't, plus your belongings, liability and loss assessments. Nymble Insurance LLC places HO-6 policies for every use, from primary homes to Airbnb units, vacant units and renovations, and association master policies.
- HO-6 for owners, landlords and short-term rental hosts
- Vacant units and builders risk for renovations
- Association master property, liability, D&O and crime

How does it work?
1. Tell us about the unit
Building, floor, use and what the master policy covers.
2. We shop it
A licensed agent reviews your association documents with you.
3. You choose
We explain limits, hurricane deductibles and assessment coverage first.
Coverage depends on the policy, the insurance company and underwriting approval. Nothing here is a promise of coverage or price.

Florida condo insurance questions, answered
Is HO-6 insurance required in Florida?
Mortgage lenders require it and many associations do too. Check your declaration and loan papers.
Can I insure a condo I rent on Airbnb or VRBO?
Yes. Tell us the platform and nights rented so the policy is written for that use.
How much loss assessment coverage should I carry?
Enough to cover your likely share of the master policy's hurricane deductible. Florida requires at least $2,000; many owners choose more.
Do you insure condo associations?
Yes: master property and wind, general liability, D&O, crime, umbrella and builders risk. See association insurance.
